THE CLASS OF 2010 GELMAN LIBRARY FUND!
What this means is that seniors can make a gift to any part of the university they choose, then those dollars are matched by the Luther Rice Society Advisory Council, and those matched dollars will make up our class fund to support Gelman Library's renovations. Because of the Advisory Council's generous match, we get the best of both worlds - you can give back to a specific part of the university that's mattered most to you, and create our class's legacy and give future GW students the opportunity to study and research in an improved library.
Remember, this money that you donate will still go to wherever you designate it, so if you voted for one of the other options, you can still support those initiatives:
- If you voted for the New Student Org Fund, consider giving your gift directly to a student org that matters to you, or to SAC.
- If you voted for the Smith Center Renovations, consider giving your gift to your favorite Colonials team or GW Spirit Programs.
- If you voted for the Senior Spirit Fund, consider giving your gift to organizations like Class Council and Program Board, that host senior events.
